Mark Hooshmand, Partner
Mark Hooshmand graduated from the UCLA School of Law in 1997 with a Juris Doctor.
In furtherance of his focus on Technology, Business and Real Estate, Mark took cross-disciplinary courses at UCLA's Anderson School of Business including Joint Ventures and Entrepreneurship, Real Estate Financing and Communications Law.
Mark began his career as an attorney with Young & Associates and Nextel Communications in San Diego practicing Corporate, Real Estate and Telecommunications Law for one year.
In 1998, Mark practiced Corporate and Securities Law with Wilson Sonsini Goodich & Rosati. Mark assisted start up companies with corporate formation and venture financing from inception through initial public offerings. Mark also represented underwriters with initial public offerings.
Mark continued practicing Corporate Law and Real Estate with Reuben & Alter in downtown San Francisco for one year before opening the Hooshmand Law Group in 2002.
